Looking back on a Summer Trip to: Argentina in 2015
With summer coming to an end I decided to reminisce back to a few of my favorite summer days in Argentina. San Carlos de Bariloche commonly called Bariloche is a town in Argentina’s Patagonia region. It borders Nahuel Huapi, a large glacial lake surrounded by the Andes Mountains. Bariloche is known for its Swiss-alpine-style architecture and its chocolate, sold in shops lining Calle Mitre, the main street. It’s also a popular base for hiking and skiing the nearby mountains and exploring the surrounding Lake District. Traveling to Argentina was such a special trip for me. I spent the entire month of January 2015 taking in such breathtaking views, daily horseback riding, finding my center, and overall self-improvement. Argentina “Lago-Escondido” you’re something special.
